At Property Providore we treat our tenants with the same respect and courtesy that we would give anyone. Our process ensures that tenants are thoroughly screened and qualified before putting them forward for any property and if we wouldn’t feel confident having them living in our own property, we won’t have them living in yours. All references are checked, and we use a national database to check on the applicants ‘tenancy history’.  At the end of the day, it is you the owner, who makes the final decision on who rents your property.

When you are a tenant with Property Providore, we do whatever we can to ensure it is a smooth and enjoyable experience as possible for all parties. We work by the book, the ‘RTRA Act 2008’ book, and legislation is followed to the T. Once your application is accepted by the owner, we will explain to you the whole process and what is expected throughout your tenancy. We are very personable and consider open communication to be key to a successful and happy relationship. We are here to assist wherever required throughout your tenancy.
