PROPERTY PERIGON

I commenced working in the property industry four and a half years ago and from the beginning chose to have my own personal approach in how I conducted business. I was adamant that I never wanted to become the negative perception of a “real estate agent” and that I would always be myself and treat every property negotiation as a business transaction with a personal approach.

From humble beginnings in my new career I was learning from every unique negotiation, drawing on experience from multiple industries that I have worked in, listening to advice from those “old dogs” and improving my own processes with every listing and sale, and to now I have completed over 100 contracts.

My first listing was unit 14 Bermuda Villas just three days after starting and negotiations commenced on this property only hours later. I remember the excitement of the deal and ensured that the process was pleasant and professionally handled for both the sellers and the buyer. The contract process was completed to the sale, and I found my rhythm along the way.

The way the universe works is intriguing... and one proud example of this is my working relationship with the Wacker family. They have always supported me in business and have trusted me with their property sales and purchases. The first sale I refer to in Bermuda Villas was purchased by their daughter, Kim, and in a full cycle this property is now the first sale that I have made through Property Providore.

Reflecting on the past four and a half years in property negotiations I am pleased that I have remained myself at all times and have always worked with integrity, honesty and an above and beyond attitude, fostering business relationships along the way.

It may be no coincidence that the couple who were the vendors of my second property listing in the industry are now also part of the Property Providore success story. 1/15 Howard Street Noosaville is an outstanding home alternative and is now on the market.
